You’re interested - now what?
Getting started is simple.
The first step is a complimentary 15-minute consultation. We'll talk about what's happening with your child's sleep, what you're hoping to change, and what kind of support would be most helpful for your family.
You don't need to know which service you need before we talk. I'll help you determine whether your family would benefit from a comprehensive sleep consultation, short-term troubleshooting and text support, or another type of guidance.
From there, we'll decide on the best next step together.
Which type of sleep support is right for you?
Comprehensive Pediatric Sleep Consultation | $600
Best for ongoing or more complex sleep challenges.
Choose comprehensive support if you're dealing with frequent night wakings, persistent nap or bedtime struggles, early rising, schedule concerns, developing independent sleep skills, or multiple sleep challenges that need a deeper assessment.
We'll look at the whole picture and create a personalized Family Rest Plan based on your child's age, development, current sleep, routines, and your family's goals.
Sleep Coach in Your Pocket | $99 or $249
Best for a specific challenge, transition, or tune-up.
Choose short-term text support if your child generally sleeps reasonably well but something has changed, or if you simply need expert guidance while you work through a particular issue.
This is a great fit for sleep regressions, nap transitions, travel, schedule changes, early waking, bedtime resistance, dropping night feeds, toddler bed transitions, or those times when you're thinking, "I just need someone to tell me what to do here."
Choose 48 hours of support for $99 for quick troubleshooting or 10 days for $249 when you'd like ongoing guidance while making changes.
Newborn & Family Support
Best for navigating the early weeks and months with a new baby.
Newborn sleep is different from older infant and child sleep. This support focuses on understanding normal newborn sleep, establishing healthy foundations, creating realistic routines, and helping your family adjust to life with a new baby.
We'll determine the type and level of support that makes the most sense for your family during your complimentary consultation.
Not sure which one you need?
That's exactly what the complimentary consultation is for.
Tell me what's happening, and I'll help you determine the level of support that makes the most sense for your child and your family.

Sleep Coach in Your Pocket
Expert guidance when you need it, without a comprehensive sleep consultation.
Sometimes you don't need an entirely new sleep plan. You just need an experienced pediatric sleep consultant in your corner to help you troubleshoot what's happening and decide what to do next.
Sleep Coach in Your Pocket provides personalized text support for specific sleep challenges, transitions, or temporary disruptions.
It's a great fit for sleep regressions, nap transitions, early waking, bedtime resistance, schedule adjustments, travel, illness recovery, toddler bed transitions, dropping night feeds, wake window questions, or simply making sure you're on the right track.
48-Hour Sleep Coach in Your Pocket: $99
Best for quick questions, short-term challenges, and troubleshooting.
10-Day Sleep Coach in Your Pocket: $249
Best for working through a challenge, implementing changes, fine-tuning schedules, or having ongoing guidance and accountability.
Both options include unlimited text support for the duration of your package, personalized recommendations, real-time troubleshooting, schedule and routine guidance, sleep education, and support.
Sleep Coach in Your Pocket does not include a comprehensive intake, written Family Rest Plan, or scheduled consultation call. If your child's sleep needs a deeper assessment, I'll recommend the Comprehensive Pediatric Sleep Consultation.

Newborn & Family Support
The newborn stage brings its own questions about sleep, feeding, routines, and what is actually normal.
As a Newborn Care Specialist, Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Postpartum Doula, and Breastfeeding Doula, I help families understand newborn sleep patterns, establish healthy foundations, create realistic routines, and navigate the transition into life with a new baby.
Support is personalized to your baby, your family, and your goals rather than based on rigid schedules or unrealistic expectations.
Available virtually, and in person for families local to Greensboro, NC.
What is a Family Rest Plan?
Every Family Rest Plan is personally created by me and customized to your child and your family.
There is no template or one-size-fits-all schedule. Your plan is based on what I learn through your intake questionnaire, sleep logs, and consultation, along with your child's age, development, temperament, current sleep patterns, routines, and your family's goals and parenting preferences.
Depending on your child's needs, your Family Rest Plan may include:
An age-appropriate sleep schedule and wake windows
Recommendations for naps and nighttime sleep
Bedtime and nap routines
Sleep environment recommendations
Guidance around feeding routines as they relate to sleep
Strategies for night wakings, early mornings, or bedtime challenges
Developmentally appropriate approaches for building healthy sleep habits and independent sleep skills
Troubleshooting strategies for common challenges
A clear, step-by-step plan for implementing changes
We'll review your plan together during your consultation so you understand not only what I recommend, but why I'm recommending it. We can make adjustments as needed so the plan feels realistic for your family and the way you want to parent.
The goal isn't to force your child into a perfect schedule. It's to give you a clear, personalized framework for understanding your child's sleep and confidently responding to their needs.
